RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please make sure you have your heart set on your purchases as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

While we try to make our onscreen images as colour-true as possible there is a slight difference to the actual product from screen to screen.

We will only accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Manufacturer's Defect
  • Wrong Item Delivered

All order discrepancy claims must be made within 10 days from the delivery of goods.

Lottie & Bo is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. We also encourage you to handle your purchase with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
